Kindest, honest people around. My husband's truck (I did not purchase from Mr Brian) messed up at school and he was behind me and got under this truck on the dirty ground at 7:30 AM to see why it wouldn't go in drive. This was our experience with Quality Auto of Collins. We were leaving a local restaurant on a Thursday night and began having what we thought was transmission troubles, in our only "reliable" family vehicle. My husband called and spoke with Colby just to see what may be available (in our price range) on the lot. We were very concerned because we only had one reliable vehicle for both of us to go back and forth to work. Colby, when contacted, did not hesitate a second. He said "I'd like to help y'all out, come on in, check out and test drive this car I have . Keep it so you can go back and forth to work, and we will work out the details." I can't say enough about Colby as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but they treated us like family. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, all negotiations handled by Colby and James. Colby went above and beyond working to get us a low interest rate. We now have a "Quality" car, and I am so pleased with the entire transaction. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Quality Auto. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle. Brian, Colby and James will be honest and forthright with their service.
